I visited with anticipation and was surprised to see such a wonderfully stunning sight. I was surprised that I had to stand in line to buy tickets at the ticket booth kiosk, but with Klook, I was able to scan the QR code on the voucher and enter immediately, which saved time and was appealing as it allowed me to use it like a fast pass.

It's a bit of a walk from Kagoshima-Chuo Station. There's a bus, so you might want to use that. There are various fish exhibits, but the main attraction is definitely the dolphin show. They put on a dolphin show with Kagoshima themes, which was unique and enjoyable.

Ik heb het park met mijn kind bezocht. Ik was bang dat mijn kind zich zou vervelen als we alleen de tuin zouden bekijken, dus kocht ik een ticket voor een activiteit, en mijn kind vond het leuk en ik was er ook tevreden mee. Als je je voucher laat zien bij de informatiebalie, krijg je gedetailleerde informatie en een armband. Met deze armband kun je deelnemen aan de knutselactiviteit en genieten van een maaltijd en een dessert. Tijdens mijn bezoek was de boogschietactiviteit in aanbouw, dus we kregen 500 yen per persoon terugbetaald, wat fijn was omdat we dit bedrag konden gebruiken voor een andere knutselactiviteit. Het eten en het dessert waren heerlijk en de tuin was prachtig. Ik had geen tijd om het museum te bezoeken, maar je kunt er het beste een halve dag doorbrengen en er rustig van genieten. Ik raad het aan!

Our guide, Aya was a lovely lady who was very knowledgeable and took us to amazing places. We loved the visit to the pottery shop. You were not rushed and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend.

We hadden een geweldige tijd in Kagoshima. De privéauto die we hadden geboekt was erg professioneel en vol verantwoordelijkheid. Meneer Nagayoshi was vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. We hebben genoten van Kagoshima, ook al was het maar een paar uur.

The lunch was incredibly delicious, and I appreciated the staff's exceptional kindness. The view during the hot spring experience was simply amazing, especially with the good weather. However, upon entering the lobby, it was difficult to find the "Suiran" restaurant without help from the front desk. I am grateful that a staff member personally escorted me along the long route to the hot spring spa after lunch. But then, at the hot spring spa, my name wasn't listed through Klook, and I had to wait for almost 10 minutes without any assistance. I believe this could be a great product with improved tour descriptions and guidance, as well as better coordination with the hotel.

The hotel's location is superb, right next to the JR station, just a minute or two walk, which is very convenient! Whether you're taking the Shinkansen, local lines, or transferring to other cities, it saves a lot of time. For those traveling with luggage, this location is perfect. The rooms are clean and spacious, with good soundproofing, so you won't find it noisy even though it's near the station. The front desk staff are friendly, and check-in and check-out are quick. There are convenience stores, restaurants, and coffee shops near the hotel, so you don't have to worry about finding food when you return at night. Overall, the accommodation experience is excellent, with a perfect score for location and convenience. If you want to stay near the JR station, this hotel is definitely a recommended choice, and I will definitely stay here again!

The price is cheap, and the location is right outside the JR station, making transportation extremely convenient. In addition, after check-out, you can use the self-service luggage storage. The bathtub is large, and bath salts are provided with a lovely scent. There's really nothing to complain about. Highly recommended!

Generally expensive, but worth the price. The service and staff friendliness are commendable, and a definite pros is that you don't need to go to a separate observatory to see Sakurajima, you can see it perfectly well from the hotel's own observatory or the hot springs.
The downside is that if you get assigned a room far from the hot springs, it takes quite a while to get there. Also, the hotel is too far from the city center, so even if you take the hotel shuttle, it can restreict your schedule or plans. Still, the hot springs alone make it worth visiting.
