One of the best activities we tried when we were in Harbin. the bus transfers were ontime and really nice, while the Volga Manor is so out-of-a-book fantasy place where various activities are also available. it was a wonderful experience to see the fusion of Chinese and Russian culture in one place.

Had an amazing experience around snow town and ski trip! Our tour guide (钥匙) is very kind to us and make sure we’re always safe and comfortable during the trip. Even though there’s a communication issue because we don’t understand chinese but thankfully we have translation tools and Wechat so we can navigate easily!

One of the best experiences especially if you have a very limited time in Harbin but would love to experience Harbin to the fullest. The sevice is impeccable, eventhough a tour guide was not included but the operator & driver guided and helped us with everything. Would definitely recommend!

The scenery along the way was constantly changing, from city to snowfield, from day to night, every moment made me feel fresh and excited. The entire itinerary was very rich, allowing me to not only appreciate the natural beauty but also participate in various interesting activities, truly immersing myself in them rather than just taking a fleeting glance. One of the most impressive places for me was the Snow Village in Harbin. During the day, the Snow Village is covered in silver, and it seems as if only pure white remains between heaven and earth. The air is fresh, the environment is tranquil, and one cannot help but slow down and feel the charm of winter with their heart. At night, the Snow Village displays a completely different beauty. After night falls, every household lights up warm lights, and the lights reflect on the thick snow, forming soft and dreamlike light and shadow effects. The wooden houses, white snow, and lights complement each other, like a fairy tale world, so beautiful that one is reluctant to look away. In addition to the charming scenery, various snow activities are also very attractive. The first time I truly experienced snow activities, I felt both nervous and excited. Whether playing in the snow or trying different snow activities, I could feel the joy and vitality that winter sports bring. Everyone ran, took pictures, and laughed in the snow, and the cold seemed to become less unbearable, instead becoming an integral part of the experience. The ski resort also left me with an excellent impression. The ski resort has complete facilities and an open environment, and whether you are a beginner or an experienced person, you can find an area that suits you. Standing on the ski run, looking down from a high place, the scene in front of you is a pure white world, and your heart is full of anticipation and nervousness. When you actually start skiing, the oncoming cold wind and splashing snowflakes make you feel the combination of speed and freedom. That sense of exhilaration is difficult to fully describe in words. Overall, this trip not only allowed me to see beautiful scenery, but also allowed me to experience rich and colorful activities, and more importantly, gain joy and unforgettable memories. This was a journey that had both visual enjoyment and emotional resonance, and I still relish it to this day.

Ik ben op 1 januari met chauffeur Li Hui op tour geweest. We hadden als groep geboekt, maar gelukkig was de groep klein, wat fijn was, en de chauffeur was erg vriendelijk. Hij verdeelde de tijd goed over de verschillende trajecten en bracht ons onderweg naar een restaurant, waardoor we volop foto's konden maken. Houd er rekening mee dat hij alleen Chinees spreekt, dus communicatie kan lastig zijn voor buitenlanders!

We had a memorable lunch at Hongmen Yuyan! It is located in the Chinese Baroque Street and is a short walk away from Chinese-baroque Block Metro Station (Line 3). We opted for the VIP Lunch (without cosplay) and were assigned seats in the middle of the aisle. The pre-lunch games and NPC-interactions were fun and entertaining, though you'd need to have a good command of Mandarin to understand them. The performances were eye-catching and the choreography was well planned. The food is acceptable and the sweet items were more delicous than the savoury items - do note that the food served will not necessarily match the Klook menu so one should be mindful about any religous food restrictions/allergens. I appreciate that a short birthday segment was arranged for my father at a very short notice - I informed one of the female staff only upon arrival since I booked through Klook and did not know how to contact the restaurant directly. Overall, the experience is value-for-money and recommended!!

Hello. I'm Antoni from Indonesia. This tour is a great option if you only have a short time in Harbin, and a visit to Yabuli is a must. A day tour of Snow Town is perfect, allowing you to explore various fun attractions and even visit Snow Town Village, a truly memorable experience. On this trip, we had a very funny, friendly, and cheerful guide, Xiao Lou. His service to us foreign tourists was excellent. We also requested halal food and were treated very well. So, this trip was a great, effective, and enjoyable one.
