Easy to find the store. Friendly staffs who can speak Chinese and English well. They will teach you how to use their equipment. I rented for 2 days so i was advised to return on the end of the 2nd day. Worth the money and I will book again.

De tour is zeer comfortabel en de gids is zeer informatief en communicatief. Er waren bepaalde onvermijdelijke vertragingen vanwege een sneeuwstorm, maar desondanks konden we eerder terugkomen dankzij onze gids. Ningle Terrace is niet toegankelijk vanwege de sneeuwstorm, maar we hebben enorm genoten van de sneeuwscooter vanwege het winterwonderland-uitzicht!

Ik heb echt genoten van deze tour. Het is de eerste keer dat ik pinguïns van zo dichtbij zie als ze langs me heen lopen, dus het is een dierbare herinnering. Het is de tweede keer dat ik een sneeuwscooter gebruik, maar ik zou het zeker elke keer doen als ik Hokkaido bezoek. Onze gids Kevin is erg georganiseerd, informatief en hij doet zelfs meer dan nodig door foto's van ons te maken --- erg goede foto's 😊 om de reis te herdenken.

It was a very good and fun trip! Our guide name is Tenzo and he is very helpful, knows a lot and competent. We got plenty of time during the trip because of his tips and trick and we managed to get to all the places without rushing, even got an additional time during every places. Overall it was an enjoyable trip! very recommend this tour. You don’t have to be worry for not being contacted after you book this tour, because they’ll contact you D-1 the tour date for your meeting time and else. I recommend to come early on the day so you can get the front seat and it really helps your mobility and time during the whole trip.

Our day trip through Hokkaido was an absolute dream, made even better by our incredible guide, Jenny. She truly deserves a 10/10 rating—her respectful nature, witty sense of humor, and deep knowledge of the area kept us entertained and informed all day long.
Asahiyama Zoo: The absolute star of the show was the penguin walk. Seeing them waddle up close was incredibly cute and a memory I’ll cherish! The polar bears, brown bears, and seals were equally adorable and active in the chilly weather.
Biei’s Natural Beauty: The Christmas Tree stood alone in the snow, looking truly majestic against the white landscape. While the Blue Pond wasn't actually blue, the snowy vista was still serene.
Shirahige Falls: This was the highlight of the scenery for me. The contrast of the blue water against the icicles was simply breathtaking.
The itinerary was well-paced, and Jenny’s lively energy made the long drives feel short.

Mijn dochter was zo enthousiast om dieren in de sneeuw te zien. We zijn nog nooit in een dierentuin geweest waar het hele park wit was van de sneeuw! Het voelde magisch, het kan erg glad zijn, dus neem sneeuwspikes mee. Helaas was een van de attracties gesloten, dus verlengden ze onze tijd voor de sneeuwscooters. We bezochten als laatste de kerstboom. Mijn familie houdt van sneeuw, dus deze dag was magisch voor ons.

really recommed. more comfortable like privacy one with just a small group. tour guide translate english to me even all the people was chinese group. i really satisfied. the time gave also for me enough for walking around not too rush. really satisfy. goood!!! the scenery along the journey is also beautiful.

Geweldig reispakket. Onze gids Victoria was erg behulpzaam, deskundig en attent tijdens de hele reis. Ze zorgde ervoor dat alles goed georganiseerd was en maakte de ervaring soepel en plezierig. Sterk aanbevolen.

Highly recommended, with a very helpful, funny, and hospitable tour guide. The bus and driver were nice. Overall, I was very satisfied with this tour, and the most memorable experience was when we played snowmobiling. Thank you.
