Location-wise, a good hotel to stay in if you have errands around Kapitolyo or Ortigas. The place is clean, and the staff from the door attendants to the front desk and housekeeping are approachable and friendly. Overall, the stay is good, especially the city view rooms!

great experience as usual with ace hotel suites. a lot of voucher if you will be book in their hotel. free access with water spa and breakfast buffet is good as well. welcome drinks in sky garden bistro. everythings perfect.

Our stay at Astoria Plaza was very comfortable and relaxing. The hotel has a welcoming, home-like feel that makes you settle in right away. The suite was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully laid out, with a separate living area and a fully equipped kitchen, which was very convenient for longer stays and family trips. The bed was comfortable, and the room was well maintained throughout our visit.
The staff were courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with requests and inquiries. The pool and gym were well kept and provided a nice way to unwind after a busy day. We also enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, which made resting easy despite being in a busy area.
Its location in Ortigas is a big plus, with easy access to malls, offices, and restaurants. Astoria Plaza offers great value for its space, comfort, and service, making it a solid choice for business travelers and families alike.

Exceptional Stay at Privato Hotel Ortigas!
My recent stay at Privato Hotel Ortigas was truly outstanding and went above and beyond my expectations. Everything—from arrival to departure—was smooth, efficient, and completely hassle-free. Check-in was quick and professionally handled, and check-out was just as seamless, letting us enjoy a relaxed and stress-free trip.
What really stood out was the staff. Every team member we encountered, from the front desk to housekeeping, was warm, welcoming, and consistently attentive. They were always ready to assist and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay.
Our room was clean, comfortable, and fully functional, and we experienced zero issues during our visit. All amenities were readily available, and the service was consistently excellent.

Room is very clean. Staff are accomodating. There are water dispensers on each floor making it convenient to refill anytime. There's also a 7-Eleven located on the first floor. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

We stayed at Richmonde Hotel for the first time to celebrate our anniversary, and we are still blown away by the experience. As first-time guests, we didn't expect much, but the team-especially Miss Danica-treated us like royalty.
I had only requested a simple anniversary photo on the TV, but Miss Danica went the extra mile and surprised us with a room upgrade, beautiful anniversary decor, and a celebratory cake. It is rare to find such genuine heart and effort in service these days.
Thank you, Richmonde, and thank you, Miss Danica, for making a 'nobody' feel like the most important guest in the hotel. You've definitely gained a loyal guest for life! Highly recommended.

it was a very pleasant stay in Linden Suites. I was so surprised how big my room was and had a very good view especially at night. Everything was smooth check in all through out my stay. Thank you all!! highly recommend place.

Excellent Stay — Highly Recommended!
I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The room was spotless, spacious, and smelled fresh upon arrival. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were soft and clean. I appreciated the modern amenities, especially the fast Wi-Fi and well-stocked minibar. The housekeeping staff was attentive, and the front desk team was friendly and accommodating. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit!
