I took a trip back to BKK. I booked for 8pm but I arrived at the counter around 7.56pm. There were people queue for Pattaya-Ekkamai but you can look for the available counter and show staff the voucher(otherwise you might miss the bus🤣).It really save time here because route from Pattaya is always busy and the next round if you book at the counter is 9.40pm😧Most importantly, the counter only accept cash and you cannot choose preferred departure time. Quick Booking Process and Prompt Confirmation too. However the Exchange of the Booking Confirmation for the Bus Ticket at the North Pattaya Bus Station took some time. Went to the Airport Bus Office, they directed me to the Regular Ticket Counter No 2 which had several people waiting in line, so it took some time till I got to the Counter to get my Tickets. Thereafter, it was all very smooth. Boarded the Bus, which left on time and went straight to the Departure Level at the Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok. The drive was smooth and the Bus was comfortable. Great Srrvice by Klook, as always.

It was very convenient to find the place and easy to book. I was able to find the bus very fast and get to my hotel. You need to take a separate bus if your final destination is the hotel itself.I will definitely book this if I go to Pattaya again.

Smooth and efficient transfer to Pattaya from Bangkok. However, I have observed that the ticket price is only at 137 Baht which is way less than Klook price. If you want to get it cheaper and be more flexible on your plans, you can just get your tickets directly in the terminal. The buses are scheduled to leave every 20 minutes. I would only recommend advance booking if your trip is during a peak period.

Waiting time was enjoyable too—plenty of food stalls with so many choices: from classic Thai street food to desserts and cold drinks, all fresh and cheap. On time, friendly staff, clean spaces, and great food options—everything you need for a perfect trip. 10/10 recommended!

Ik heb een gedeelde stadstransfer tussen Pattaya en Bangkok geboekt via de Klook-app en het was van begin tot eind een soepele ervaring. Het boekingsproces was snel en eenvoudig, de ophaalservice was op tijd en de rit was comfortabel. Het is een geweldige budgetvriendelijke optie als je het niet erg vindt om de rit te delen, en alles voelde goed georganiseerd en betrouwbaar aan. Ik zou het zeker opnieuw gebruiken.

De bus heen en weer naar Pattaya was het zeker waard. Ik ben echt blij dat we van tevoren hadden geboekt, vooral omdat het het Pattaya Vuurwerkfestival was en veel mensen geen tickets meer konden krijgen. Vroeg boeken was zo'n goede beslissing! De hele ervaring verliep soepel – de bus was op tijd, stoelen waren toegewezen en alles voelde georganiseerd. Het maakte de reis zoveel gemakkelijker en stressvrij. Een echte aanrader!

第一次搭乘很新鮮！建議最好提早至少30-40分鐘前到機場，以免迷路找不到會合地點迷路而錯過班次。買完後按照指示到指定樓層櫃位前向服務人員出示手機兌換碼，就會給你實體車票。我們當天是乘坐中午12:30班次，大約12點左右就先兌換門票，約12:15就有服務人員接引大家到外面等待大巴，因為還要幫乘客驗票、貼行李標籤，上行李等等。飲料不能帶上車喔。每人都有一個舒適的大座位可以休息睡覺。到pattaya巴士站後，還需要再換乘前往各飯店的小巴。適合一到三人不想開車也不想包車節省旅費的旅客，如果是家族旅行四個人（含）以上的建議直接包車更舒服。
