Jagalchi-vismarkt & Busan-markt Tour in Busan met lokale chef-kok

Chef Heeyoung took us on a tour through the local markets (some which we wouldn’t have found) and it was great to have some background and understanding of the culture and history of Busan. On top of that shw gave us some amazing recommendations for great eats such as the stall on the Jagalchi market and milmyeon. It was a delight and would definitely recommend for a deeper cultural understanding.

Chef Heeyoung was a phenomenal guide. So knowledgeable, flexible and charismatic. Would recommend to anyone.

Dit is een tour die je echt moet doen. Chef-kok Heeyoung kent Busan en de lokale markten erg goed. Ik vond vooral de uitleg over het seizoensgebonden eten, de tips over hoe je de verschillende soorten vis en zeevruchten moet bereiden en de extra aanbevelingen voor waar je na de tour kunt dineren erg leuk.
