ze spreken weinig Engels, maar ze zijn erg gastvrij en vriendelijk. Er is kimono in grote maten beschikbaar voor de grotere dames. Er zijn veel stijlvolle en mooie kimono's om uit te kiezen en ik raakte overweldigd door de keuze, maar de winkelbediende was zo vriendelijk om me te helpen de kimono te vinden die bij me past. De locatie is ook erg dicht bij het station.

De dames die hier werken waren erg aardig en snel! Ze zorgen goed voor je en maken daarna ook foto's. Je moet alleen 2200 yen per persoon extra betalen als je een grotere maat hebt zoals wij lol

De locatie is vlakbij station Asakusa. Het personeel is behulpzaam en biedt een uitstekende service. U kunt eerst de basisversies boeken en vervolgens extra betalen in de verhuurwinkel als u uw outfit wilt upgraden. Ze hebben foto's van ons gemaakt (bijgevoegd) voor de winkel en deze via Instagram verzonden.

This experience was absolutely phenomenal! The staff went absolutely above and beyond to make this experience memorable and enjoyable for us, and it ended up being one of our most favorite memories for this trip! They did so much to exceed our expectations, from the beautiful hairdressing and kimonos, to the photoshoot through Asakusa. We look forward to doing this again on our next Japan trip!

Our experience at Hanaka Kimono Rental in Asakusa, Tokyo, was unforgettable! My wife and I, along with our twin daughters, had a fantastic time choosing and dressing in beautiful traditional kimonos. The staff were incredibly helpful, guiding us through the process with ease. Walking through the streets of Asakusa, especially around Senso-ji Temple, in our kimonos felt magical, and we received so many compliments. The girls loved the experience, and we captured some amazing family photos. It was a unique way to immerse ourselves in Japanese culture, and we all enjoyed every moment of it!

First time renting kimono. The staff made it an easy and enjoyable experience. A short walk to Sensoji temple. We also had lunch nearby before we returned for our bags. They shared the photos they took on their phone through IG DM. Highly recommend this place. Very reasonable pricing.

혼자 여행한 거라 길게는 필요없고, 가볍게 체험하고 싶어 2시간 플랜으로 예약했어요! 2시간이 생각보다 길고 반납시간을 10~20분 정도 넉넉하게 잡아주셔서 좋았네요 ☺️ 또, 한국어 하시는 직원분이 계셔서 더욱 편하게 이용할 수 있었고, 디자인 / 악세사리 / 헤어에 따라 추가금이 발생할 수 있음을 명확하게 설명하고 추가하지 않아도 예쁘게 입혀주셨어요 ❤️사진 모두 기본 디자인, 기본 헤어로 한 건데도 괜찮죠?! 어울리는 가방도 무료로 대여해주셔서 짐도 문제 없고요 👍 사진 알차게 찍고 딱 맞춰 반납했습니당! 마지막까지 나와서 인사해주신 친절한 직원분들 감사합니다 ☺️ 다음번에 기모노 체험 하게 된다면 또 갈게요!

這裡的服務人員清境要有耐心，服務態度很佳好，碰到客人有問題也會解決讓客人滿意，穿好服裝會給我拍照，也會引導到大雷門的入口，然後回來換回衣服時會幫我剛拍的照片email,給我，但是我們email your auntie 時無法傳，服務人員會想方法傳照片在我手機裏，很感謝她們，很推大家來這家喔，這裏的服裝很多又好看。來喔~

The staff were so sweet and kind. I had the perfect kimono and felt so pretty. it was also right next to the main spots to take pictures in Asakusa.
