Barcelona Park Güell Halve Dag Rondleiding

Our tour guide, Fitaly, was excellent. The explanations about the history of Park Güell and Gaudí’s design logic were very clear and interesting. He made the visit much more meaningful by explaining not just what we were seeing, but why it was built that way. The tour was well organized, easy to follow, and never felt rushed. We learned a lot about Gaudí’s inspiration, the original housing project, and the architectural “logic” behind the structures and natural forms in the park. Overall, it was a very enjoyable and informative experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Park Güell who wants more than just a walk-through

Lena is a good guide with patience

Bad experience. Four days before the tour, Crown Tours informed me that my originally booked time slot would no longer operate. If a company cannot guarantee a time, it should not offer it. Offering time slots that may later be canceled gave the impression that the company prioritizes securing bookings over honoring customer schedules. Last-minute changes show disorganization and lack of respect for customers. Although free cancellation was available, it did not solve the issue, as I would have needed to find another tour last minute with another company at a higher cost. I was forced to accept one of the alternative times offered and change my personal plans. The company did not update the voucher on the Klook platform and handled everything via WhatsApp, which felt unprofessional and confusing. The tour itself was disappointing, as key areas of Park Güell, including El Drac, were not included. Overall, the experience did not match what was advertised and did not offer good value.

非常糟糕的體驗！我們因為搭公車上山的站牌距離奎爾公園有一小段路的緣故，遲到了3分鐘。但我們立刻發現crown tour紫色衣服員工，且立刻跑上前去，跟在隊伍最後面想跟同時段的其他人一起入園。其中一位紫色衣服的crown tour員工將我們攔下來不讓我們進去，我們給他看Klook的憑證，並向他說明我們是同一場次的，並且我們就在隊伍的最後面，要不是他攔下我們，我們是前一天就購買好憑證且可以一同入園的！ crown tour紫衣員工表示，因為我們沒有提早到並一同集合，因此不能讓我們一起進場，但有一個方式可以彌補，就是要求我們每人額外支付20歐元，才能加入下一個場次！但我們明明已經在Klook上面購票了，並持有憑證，要再另外每個人支付20歐元是不合理的搶錢行為。但工作人員說我們的Klook 票也不能退，因此這是最划算的做法了。我們很不喜歡他們這樣搶觀光客錢的行為，請大家拒絕購買這個行程，不要讓他們有機會勒索觀光客。 我們後來試圖拿look購買的此憑證給門口的奎爾公園工作人員確認，但他們表示這張憑證只能給crown tour的工作人員帶領，因此他們沒有辦法處理。但我們明明就來得及進去公園，已經跟在隊伍最後面了，卻因為crown tour員工想跟我們額外收一人20歐的關係被擋下來，真的很不甘心。我們就看著眼前其他同時段的客人進去，他立刻轉身跟我們敲詐一人20歐元，感受真的很差！
