The bus is on time. Received message via WeChat the night before departure. Pick-up information is very clear & customer service very responsive. Bus is clean & the journey about 2hrs with 1 toilet stop. Worth for the price & highly recommended.

online booking was easy and with regular updates. instructions on the boarding was clear but it was quite chaotic at the bus station, this has nothing to do with the booking platform. overall quite satisfied.

座位是2+2的，座位還算舒適，客服人很好，會關心到達了沒、有沒有順利上車，問的問題都可以很快回覆，如果大家提早到就會提早發車，但中途接其他成員的站點，有人遲到15分鐘，司機還是等了他們，以為時間到就不管他們會直接發車走…價格可以接受，感受還不錯
