We booked a last minute day trip from Seoul because we wanted to see more of Korea besides the city. Within minutes of booking, the folks ar K.I. reached out on WhatsApp and confirmed and said our guide would connect with us shortly to confirm logistics. Then as expected, our guide Henry messaged us to confirm pick-up time at our hotel which was extremely convenient. The next time, Henry promptly arrived and explained the itinerary ans how the day was going to go. Henry was super informative and extremely helpful throughout the tour answering all our questions and made sure to point out all the important parts of each location. We had more than enough time at each spot and everything felt so relaxed and calm as we were working with our schedule. This is the best way to explore the surrounding areas of Seoul and not feel rushed or worries about tight schedules. Henry was the BEST guide and I highly highly recommend asking for him if you book this tour. You will not be disappointed!!!

We had Joey and he was a superb driver/guide throughout the day! We started the day at Rail Park, and Joey was very thoughtful in explaining the route and taking photos for us. He then told us he would be waiting for us on the other side so we can skip the shuttle. We then headed to Nami Island. We chose to zipwire and Joey was kind enough to take photos of us so we can have a keepsake of the moment. When we arrived, he explained the map then recommended a great lunch place that hosts a local famous dish best enjoyed in the area. Of course nice photos are a must, but then Joey was so caring as to come check in on us during lunch. He even prepared a cold refreshment for us after this leg. Last stop was the Garden. Nice photos by Joey, and we had time to walk around the Garden ourselves. The itinerary was a relaxing day outdoors, private tour made the pacing flexible, and Joey topped the whole experience with his hospitality and professionalism. He even gifted us 2 posters of Nami!

We had an amazing and truly memorable private tour to the Garden of the Morning Calm, Nami Island, and Cloud Hill. Each destination was beautiful in its own way, and the entire experience felt well planned, relaxing, and enjoyable from start to finish. What made the tour even more special was our excellent guide, Mr. Song. He was kind, patient, and very attentive to our needs, especially since we were traveling with senior citizens. He made sure we could enjoy each place at a comfortable pace, never rushed us, and helped make the day smooth and stress-free. We also appreciated how Mr. Song took wonderful photos for us and shared helpful recommendations for other places to visit in Korea. His thoughtful service added so much value to the tour. We would highly recommend this private tour, especially for families, seniors, or anyone who wants a comfortable, enjoyable, and personalized experience.

A fuss free way to visit places away from Seoul with seniors and kids in the group. The coordinator was very prompt and helpful in communicating with me before the trip. Our guide/driver was Mr Genie, he was humorous, and fluent in English and Chinese. He shared many secret photo spots with us and really knows how to take photos from good angles for us. Overall a great experience!
