Da Nang Seven Local Dishes Night Food Tour

Highly recommend this tour! I really enjoyed the delicious food and the fun ride. My guide, Clara, was very friendly and shared a lot of fascinating city history with me. The portions were generous, and I left completely full. A wonderful bonus was stopping to watch the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival during the tour!

Our food tour in Da Nang was fantastic thanks to our guides Clara and Chuc! They were fun, accommodating, and brought us to eat incredible local food we'd never find on our own. Mijn gids was Tu, en HIJ IS DE BESTE. Warm, vriendelijk, informatief. Hij wil niet dat ik het gevoel heb dat we haast hebben. We nemen de tijd om van het eten te genieten. En ik was geschokt dat we Bun Bo aten in een Michelinsterrenrestaurant. Ik zal dit opnieuw boeken als ik terugkeer naar Da Nang, Vietnam. Meneer Tu verdient een loonsverhoging!!!! 5 sterren 💯

We hebben gisteravond de beste tijd gehad! Onze gidsen, Amie en Polly, waren zo energiek en straalden de hele tour zulke positieve (en blije) vibes uit. Ze brachten ons naar plaatsen die we zeker niet hadden kunnen vinden als we alleen op Google Maps of vlogs hadden vertrouwd. Het voelde alsof we een local waren, al was het maar voor een paar uur. Alles wat we probeerden was echt goed, en zelfs mijn moeder, die erg kieskeurig is, was erg blij. De rit was zeer comfortabel en we voelden ons de hele tijd veilig. Ik kijk ernaar uit om dit nog een keer te doen!

We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad met Polly en Khoa, die geweldige gidsen en gastheren waren. Het voelde meer als rondhangen met oude vrienden dan een normale tour. Ze namen ons mee naar enkele van de beste eetgelegenheden, met buiten de gebaande paden gelegen lokale gerechten die ze speciaal voor ons hadden uitgekozen op basis van onze ervaring. Ze waren attent, zorgzaam en vrolijk. 10/10 en ze overtroffen in elk opzicht onze verwachtingen.

Onze gidsen waren Aime en Klara, we hebben zo'n geweldige tijd gehad met het verkennen van de achterafstraatjes van Da Nang en al het heerlijke eten dat de stad te bieden heeft. De ervaring was heel praktisch en de gids vertelde ons over de geschiedenis van Da Nang. Eerlijk gezegd een geweldige ervaring en we gaan heel voldaan weg, dus lunch niet.

I had an absolutely wonderful food tour with Amie in Da Nang! She took me to the best local spots – from a Michelin-rated restaurant for rich and spicy bún bò Huế, to Bà Thị for crispy bánh xèo and smoky grilled nem lụi, and then to Cú Quán for delicate bánh béo rice cakes and chewy bột lọc dumplings. We also stopped for strong Vietnamese coffee – the perfect pick-me-up between all the eating! The night ended perfectly at the night market by the Han River, breathtaking views of the Dragon Bridge. The atmosphere was lively, the food was incredible, and every bite felt authentic and full of local flavor. What made the tour truly special was Amie – she was warm, knowledgeable, and passionate about Da Nang's food scene. She shared stories behind each dish and made the whole experience feel personal and genuine. A huge thank you to Amie for such a memorable evening. I left with a full stomach and a happy heart. My guide was Chuc and she was nothing short of amazing! She introduced me to some of the best Vietnamese dishes I have tasted and definitely will go for again. She also checked for any allergies before starting to accommodate me, and was also a great driver and navigated the city expertly. Overall it was a great experience to try out the local dishes!

We got to try a variety of delicious local food. I especially enjoyed the Banh Xeo — the crispy Vietnamese crepe was absolutely delicious! Amie and Dylan also went above and beyond by helping us take photos throughout the tour, which made the experience even more memorable.
