- Yachiyoza may temporarily suspend internal tours depending on event schedules. Please check the Yachiyoza website for event arrangements. There will be no refunds if you are unable to visit the interior, but unused Yachiyoza admission tickets can be extended. (Common admission ticket exchanges are valid only on the same day; the Yachiyoza theater ticket office does not offer exchanges.)
- Sakura-yu bathing fees must be paid on-site. The bathhouse does not provide toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, or body wash; please bring your own. Towels and toiletries can be purchased on-site.
- Bus times may change without prior notice due to timetable changes. Please be sure to confirm in advance.
- Please confirm on "Bus kitakuma-san".
- Customers who have reserved a sushi lunch must inform us in advance whether or not they would like wasabi added to their sushi. If not informed, we will prepare sushi without wasabi. If you have any other allergies or concerns, please be sure to inform us in advance.
