What to expect
—Ski Resort Information— Maiko Snow Resort A large-scale ski area with complete facilities, truly a snow resort! The ski area, centered around the Maiko Gondola and consisting of three areas, “Maiko,” “Nagamine,” and “Oku-sochi,” offers a diverse range of 26 courses. The day-trip ski center is well-equipped with facilities such as “Spa Maiko Onsen,” nap rooms, and a childcare center!
[For plans with rentals] Rental Shop: Rental shop within the ski area Rentals (ski/snowboard set, top and bottom wear) *Rental of small items (gloves, goggles, hat) is not available. Please bring your own. *Property damage insurance (rental compensation fee) is mandatory and payable locally (¥1,000, non-refundable). Please go to the rental shop by yourself.
[General Information] ・The minimum number of participants for this tour is 15. ・Local staff only provide Japanese support. ・If the number of applicants does not meet the minimum number of participants, the tour/experience will, in principle, be canceled. In that case, we will notify you by email 3 days before the date of use. ・Loading snowboards and skis into the bus or trunk is free of charge. ・Operating hours may be shortened suddenly, or some lifts may be suspended during the period due to snow conditions and weather conditions, but there will be no refunds associated with this. ・Refunds will not be given for unused lift tickets due to customer convenience. ・During the morning departure day trip period, arrival at the site may be delayed due to congestion at the meeting place, traffic jams/accidents on the way, or other unavoidable reasons. Please note that the company cannot be held responsible for any reduction in on-site stay time or skiing time due to this. (No compensation will be given.)
