MAC, our professional Korean chauffeur, made our whole-day tour truly special. More than just a driver, he was an all-around companion who went the extra mile. Despite speaking in simple English, he communicated well and shared helpful insights about the places we visited. He even took beautiful photos for us, carried our bags with a smile, and kindly helped watch over our granddaughter, Via. He captured our hearts in Seoul and truly deserves a 5-star rating. we had a good time with our day tour today, our tour guide (Mario) was very helpful and friendly, tour started right on time, schedule of each stops (attractions) were communicated clearly in advance,which make it super easy to follow the plan. highly recommend everyone to join the tour if you haven’t been to nami island side of Seoul like us.

Goede ervaring voor die geweldige trip! Gids Rachel is zeer ervaren en begeleidt ons overal. Aardbeienboerderij om aardbeien te plukken, bevroren stad om een ijsvallei te zien, alpaca cafe & als laatste Nami eiland.

Amazing tour! The guide, Mario, was incredible, so nice and patient. Value for money 11/10, we did so many things and came back to the hotel utterly tired haha. if you book the tour in winter, don't forget to dress very warmly specially for the railbike ride.

This trip cane with an extra surpise! Never expected that we got to gave an additional spot to stop by, the Cloud Hill Cafe. That places and the alpacas were for an experince to keep. Selina is also a very patient lead and she made that everyone gets sufficient attention.

We had such a great time on our tour! Anna, our tour guide, was so charismatic, friendly and helpful the entire day and wonderful behind the camera too. The itinerary was perfect, not too long in places and we were able to see everything we wanted to and a bit more than listed. A special shout to Anna again she really made this unforgettable!
