I didn’t get what I paid for. I booked this tour as I only wanted to visit Budapest having already visited Bratislava a few days ago. the itinerary also states 4 hr in Budapest. when we joined to tour in the morning, the guide said the tour is combined with Bratislava so 2.5h in Budapest and 1-2hr in Bratislava. we felt the time in Budapest was too short. the guide Matus was v friendly and polite though.

頼んだツアーのコースとは違ってました。ブダペストのみのコースのはずでしたがスロバキアもまわるコースになっていました。それはそれで2カ国まわれたので良いかなと思いますが、ブダペストだけにしたのは理由があったのでちょっと残念です。送迎はホテル前まできてくれるので楽で良いです。ガイドさんも親切で一生懸命説明してくれました。わかりやすい英語でよかったです

It’s really a good city tour. I had a fantastic Budapest day tour yesterday! Our guide was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. It was a very long day and I am very happy with our tour guide Samuel travelling to Budapest and Slovakia as well . I didn’t know I’m going to 2 countries, he make us safe very knowledgeable and he know his stuff I will recommend him as best tour guide I had . Driver is very knowledgeable and great. Helpful and also patient with my elderly mother.
