Unhelpful staff, I don't recommend ever staying at this hotel.

Swimming pool needs better explanation of opening hours and ventilation. It feels like a green house. There are two small windows opened on both end, but it wasn't enough air flowing through, making the pool area hot. The lobby is hot. The food is good. The breakfast is a small selection, but freshly cooked. Dinner is cooked to order, so everything tasted fresh.

I believe this is the nicest hotel in Cao Bang. We booked an executive room, which had plenty of space for my wife and me. We were also on the 18th floor, so the views were wonderful each day, even when it was foggy or overcast. The location is in the middle of the city. It was a short walk to great coffee, great bread, and a great vegan restaurant. It was also alongside the Friday and Saturday night market on Kim Dong. The couch and chairs in the living room are far from soft. The AC unit was inconsistent - sometimes the correct temps and sometimes it would shut off for too long. The bathroom was a dream - with a jacuzzi tub, roomy shower, and very nice amenities provided. The complimentary breakfast was good quality. The young lady chef with the glasses was always friendly and smiling, and she makes good omelets. The pool upstairs is big, but fills up due to the hotel selling access passes to non-guests. The pool hours are also strange, as it's closed from 10am-4pm daily. The housekeeping staff and front desk staff are outstanding, especially Miss Minh Dieu, who helped us out with a few things we needed. For everything you get, the prices are very reasonable. We would be happy to stay here again.

Is wright at the city central of Cao bang

The room was huge. Everyone was nice.

The hotel Was nice and clean. Had a big suite with great views. Breakfast was good. I wish the pool was open in the middle of the day.

The service here is terrible. There are lots of locals from Saigon that come to this hotel and is very loud. My room had a water leak, nothing was done about it. I requested two bottles of water from room service and was told there would be a charge. But if I dialed reception and requested there would be no charge?!?. So I requested it from the receptionist and was still charged when I checked out. The breakfast buffet is underwhelming. This does not meet a 5 star standard, I would say it's a two star at best. Would not recommend this hotel.

Very clean, comfortable room. Lots of amenities, great breakfast. The location was perfect too.

Very clean. Professional staff.
