Very close to the train station. Good kitchen and easy access to a laundry room. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We had not expected to park underground in an adjacent parking lot. Otherwise the hotel was lovely, new and clean.

Excellent location for cruise ship and train access!

The room was tastefully decorated, roomy, comfortable, and clean. The location which is close to the Le Havre bus station is ideal. Tourist attractions and restaurants were within walking distance.

It’s close to the train station, so for taking the train, it is convenient. The main part of town, where most restaurants and places of interest are, is a short walk away. The room is a good size and the bed is very comfortable. Facilities are great - including a working kitchen with range, fridge, microwave and even a dishwasher. The bathroom is functional, perhaps a bit spartan. There is a slight unpleasant smell from the drain (I think it’s from the sink). Other than that, no complaints.

Front desk personnel very helpful and pleasant. Room was clean and cozy.

We only stayed for one night but liked Clean room, fast check in even if we were early, great location as it’s close to the cruise terminal and restaurants. Receptionist was very nice and helpful. We went out for breakfast so don’t know about their breakfast option. It’s also close to the bus stop so it was noisy until around midnight. There were only 2 washers and 2 dryers so it’s better to use the laundry facilities nearby. All in all, good value for the money.

Room was comfortable, clean, modern, spacious with full kitchen. Nice view of Harbour and amusement park. Just steps to train/bus station. Friendly staff. Good value. Could improve: Communication – need staff that can understand/speak English better; more English signs/instructions in room eg. to use telephone. No direct line to reception from room. Have to call external line which we weren’t able to do as words on phone and voice after pressing numbers were in French only. Never got wake up call cause staff didn’t understand English. We had two people, but only one set of towels in bathroom. Had to go down to reception to get towels because we couldn’t use the phone as everything was in French. General message received on the app 2 days before checkin was only in French. I had to Google translate to find out it contained relevant info that we needed. We had messaged them before in English so system should detect properly language to send esp when it’s important. Also ran out of toilet paper the morning we were leaving. we had to use Kleenex as no time to wait for delivery and we were packing to checkout. Other than that, we were very happy with the room and would still recommend.
