Fantastisk

The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was great. The location is excellent. A mall area under the hotel includes entrance to the S barn which took us to all the places we wanted to visit and out to the airport when we were leaving. There were also several interesting bakeries and restaurants within 2 blocks of the hotel.

Service people are everywhere cleaning and keeping the hotel nice and tidy. Amazing breakfast with everything you could possibly want. Polite, helpful staff. Near many attraction. Trains underneath can take you everywhere in the city. Buy a day ticket for 24 hour access.

The property was what you would expect from a Holiday Inn. There are multiple grocery stores and easy s-bahn access within the building. The 2nd to last day we were there there was some type of leak on our floor and by the next morning there was a terrible smell that seeped into our room. If we weren’t leaving later that day, I would have asked to move rooms.

Very expensive. But does not provide amenities. For example- bathroom dos not have conditioner, only one body soap. They did not have FIFA games in the lobby/cafe/ TV. Imagine, not paying for room TVs is fine, but for place like lobby they should be considerate.

Rooms and location were great. Restaurant and bar staff were excellent. Even though coffee bar was not opened yet breakfast manager and staff member made us morning coffees which was much appreciate. Ivan, the evening bartender was very friendly and personable. Overall enjoyed the stay at this hotel.

This modern Holiday Inn is conveniently located near the S‑Bahn station and just a short walk from Old Town. The hotel has a lively atmosphere, yet the staff remain consistently quick and efficient. The breakfast buffet is excellent and well worth it. I also enjoyed the pleasant walking paths along the nearby Isar River.

We stayed in 2 twin rooms. Pros: 1 Fantastic rooms, clean and well maintained. 2. Excellent breakfast. Such a great food spread. Loved loved loved it! 3. Excellent location 4. Great and friendly staff Overall, we had a great stay. Would have given a 5 star rating, but lowered it due to the below: 1. Messaged property twice, one at the time of booking to make our rooms adjoining as we were travelling with kids and the second time was a day prior to our travel to see if they can store our luggage as we had an early landing flight. Both occasions, no response no acknowledgement of the message was received. So, a bit dissapointed on customer service. 2. This is very minor, but will mention ... pls double chk and make sure tissue boxes in the washroom is filled. Ours was empty.
