We’ve stayed at this particular Embassy no less than 10 times. However, we will never stay there again! Over the years, we’ve watched the conditions of property deteriorate (I have pics, but will not post them). It seems like it started during the time of Covid and since that time, the facility has gone down. For the past 3 stays, it was one thing after another….mainly dealing with the air conditioning. This stay, the air conditioning in the ENTIRE building was out (got fixed, ran an hour….and was out again)! After spending the day in 90 degree heat advisory temp at Disneyland, coming back to a room that was hot and humid was not an option. We were given a box fan (kudos to the staff) but decided it was time to check out and got a hotel down the street. The staff were as AMAZING and completely understood. Management needs to consider closing down this embassy for a complete overhaul renovation. Such a shame.

Nicely set up and the rooms was great. Can’t remember the young man’s name at the counter but he was very helpful and on point with his work

The hotel and staff were attentive from check in. The room was clean and toiletries were available and full.

The breakfast was included in my stay. I enjoyed all the items and the egg station chef was amazing. The staff were very nice.
