We needed to be closer to the train station and this property was only a short walk away, which was good for us. The location was also good for accessing buses that took us to some of the tourist locations we enjoyed.
The room is a little dated and we found some mould on shower curtain and tiles in bathroom. We were also disappointed that advertised ammentities such as gym and pool were not available. We stayed in eight hotels this trip to Japan and paid the most and got the least at this one.

Bathrooms had mold on shower curtains and shower walls. Breakfast fee was over the quality of what was served. There was not an option to just get coffee. Laundry facility was good to have. Location great.
