Clean tidy room, carpet needs cleaning in the room, shower didn't drain well until I looked at it, missed not having a welcome by the owner but she did explain in an email, breakfast was of the highest quality, very fresh,

Would definitely stay here again
Lovely hostess, great room with a very comfy bed, excellent system for breakfast which was delicious. Great location too with on street parking available. Fabulous!

The room was very clean. The breakfast was excellent. We didn’t have any problem parking. I like that we had a bath in our room ,we could’ve done with a fan in the room because it was quite, hot even though we opened the windows

Rebecca is a fantastic host made us feel very welcomed and accommodating. The twin room was lovely and had a good night sleep. Breakfast was excellent, local produce and top quality, great service and really enjoyed it. Free parking was great. Close by South beachfront with up to 15min walk to beach. Definitely recommend and looking forward to booking again soon.

Very clean room ,staff all lovely, parking ok as you get a permit that allows you to park but only in certain zone. Location about 10/15 walk into town. Breakfast excellent

2nd time staying here and love it! Such a nice chilled and relaxing place. Beds are super comfy! And the breakfast alone is worth staying!
