A very basic room - only one usable outlet in the room (the other was in the door way, so too high and awkward to use for long) and one in the bathroom. The wardrobe took up a lot of space, so we opened our suitcases one by one and put them away. Small is fine, and awkward outlets are fine, but for Zermatt prices, it was disappointing. Not sure if there are better places at that price (one of the lower prices in town), but Zermatt is great, so maybe worth spending a bit more. On the other hand, the hotel is right across from the train station, so VERY convenient.

Fantastisk The mountain view was incredible. The check in staff was very helpful. It is conveniently located across Zermatt Banhof and Gornergrat station. Tons of restaurant options. Highly recommend.

It was one of the most memorable hotels during my month-long trip in Europe. The hotel was located just 30 seconds away from the train station, which was very convenient. Although the bathroom and kitchen were shared, they were clean and well-maintained.
