Awesome place to stay in Brussels. Rooms have much art and design, character and style. Pool is awesome and fantastic place to see the sun set on the 31st floor. Only minus if the air con failed

There was a large conference at the hotel which added to noise and lack of service in the lounge. Had we known prior that this conference was happening, we would not have stayed. Noise in our room was attributed to the elevators possibly. It would have been nice to have shower gel in the bathroom. The breakfast was very good.

THe location is perfect, next to MetroRogier, 5 min walk from Brussels North Station (one station from the airport), and 10 min walk to the city centre. THe hotel has a large gym with 6 treadmills and other equipment and a swimming pool on the roof top. Everything is spacious including the room. The staff is friendly, but not responding well. For example, the shower and sink are not draining to make flooding of water to the entire bathroom and the living room. I mentioned this to the reception desk several times, but not fixed. Room cleaner forgot something almost every day.-- all are minor things, but annoying.

The place was great, amazing staff, and the breakfast was amazing. The restaurant on the roff top view is amazing.

I was in a suite room with great size but had a lot of unnecessary mirrors. I mistakenly upgraded to city view paying extra and that new room toilet was stinking all the time, like some drainage smell. I was not in room mostly so didn’t complain but for that cost didn’t expect it

Best stay at a hotel ever!

When I arrived at the hotel, I had cash concealed inside a driver's license holder that was stored within my luggage. The luggage remained in my room throughout my stay. To the best of my knowledge, no one other than authorized hotel personnel had access to the room during the relevant period. In particular, housekeeping staff entered the room on at least two occasions. After discovering that €1,000 was missing, I immediately notified the front desk and hotel security. Although I was informed that an internal investigation was conducted, the investigation appears to have been ineffective and inconclusive. Furthermore, I have not received any formal written report, findings, or explanation regarding the outcome of that investigation. I subsequently discussed this matter with Mr Michael Buurmeijer, and made it clear that I disagree with the conclusions reached thus far and believe that a more thorough investigation is necessary. Given the circumstances, I consider the matter serious and unresolved. Under Belgian law, hotels have a duty of care toward guests and may be held liable where guest property is lost, damaged, or stolen under circumstances involving hotel personnel, negligence, or inadequate security measures. At a minimum, I am entitled to a transparent explanation of the steps taken by the hotel in investigating this incident. I am also concerned that I was not offered assistance in filing a police report at the time the matter was reported

I love the hotel and hospitality.

Very well located hotel, friendly staff and great amenity

The AC did not work in 3 of the rooms that I was assigned one after the other. Windows did not open . A bad experience in hot weather. Bathroom sink leaked water into the cabinet and the floor . Not a well maintained property
