This property was in an amaz area. BTS cko enough and lots of streets to dine and explore. The entire staff was one of the best. Very accommodating and professional. Well done.

My airline changed my flight date on me, so I had to forfeit 3 nights I had already paid for. The hotel said they would reimburse me for one of those nights, which I thought was generous, since I hadn't purchased insurance to protect me against cancellations. When I tried to get the reimbursement, they reversed their decision, which I thought was very unethical of them. The hotel staff were nice, but the room smelled of foot odor. One other thing that really ruined my stay was having my laundry done there. They were advertising a "hot promotion" with 20% off for laundry service. Their hot promotion ended up being more than double the cost of a local shop I had used prior. And the laundry wasn't folded. The other shop folded and wrapped everything. And one more thing was traffic noise all through the night. My sleep was interrupted at least once, every single night. NEVER AGAIN!

Best reasons to stay here: price, location, friendly accommodating staff, comfy beds and pillows, hot showers on demand, adequate continental breakfast, everything you need nearby (don’t miss the EmSphere food court)… just wrapped up my 3rd time here, already booked it again for December. Feels like family at this point.

I enjoyed my stay at SBox and would recommend others as well. I stayed there for 11 days and they made sure my room was clean and I had clean linens, towels, and water. The front staff were amazing and the breakfast was the best. I will be going back and staying there since it was also close to everywhere local.
