Loved our time at the new jeso hotel, the room was comfy and very clean, beds were great, and even though we had shared bathrooms, the bathrooms were fabulous, and there are four bathroom/toilet rooms so no waiting for showers or toilets Will definitely stay there again

Rooms are great, very comfortable, the shared bathrooms are surprisingly nice, all 4 of them are very clean and very classy, I recommend Hotel Jesmond all round great stay

Check in took forever for them to find a key, the blanket on the Queen bed had what I *hope* was a thick chocolate stain. There was a melted lolly(?) on the floor that I only saw when I stepped in it, and a cockroach on the wall during the night that I had to kill. And the smells! The room had a terrible odour, and the spray fragrance in the hallway was so strong I literally had to breath through my jumper when leaving the room at all. Stayed for a stopover from Melbourne to Brisbane, very glad it was only one night.

Really good experience, stayed only the one night to watch the footie with my kids, cold beers, pizza and burgers excellent with QLD winning a bonus. My room was clean and comfy, happy to highly recommend the Jesso!!
