The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The beach is stunning, peaceful, and a perfect escape from the busy city atmosphere. Although the location is a little far from Da Nang city centre, the quiet surroundings and beachfront setting make up for it.
The buffet breakfast is sensational, and honestly the food across all the restaurants was incredible. The dining experience was probably the highlight of our stay and one of the main reasons I’d consider returning.
The rooms are also beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. However, the service unfortunately did not match what I would expect from a luxury resort. Pool service was extremely slow, often requiring us to ask multiple times for simple things.
Housekeeping was also disappointing on several occasions. After spending the day by the pool, I would return to my room around 4pm expecting it to be refreshed, only to find no fresh towels, no bottled water, and room service dishes from the previous night still sitting on the table. For a luxury hotel, that level of service feels below standard.
Overall, the resort has amazing facilities, fantastic food, and a beautiful beach, but the inconsistent service lets it down. Would I stay at the Hyatt again? I’m honestly not sure — the food would probably be the main reason I’d return.
