Hôtel qui a du charme mais mal entretenu au niveau chambre terrasse piscine (poils de chiens sur les pieds) . L'accueil du gérant hôtel reste moyen, manque d'enthousiasme peut-être. Point positif proche du Parc Spirou et chambre pour 4 personnes.

Il y a qu une seul machone a café au pdj et quand il y a un groupe c est tendu surtout quand ils sont vieux ! ;) . Sinon cest bien

Accueil restauration cadre très typique

We were driving down to the camarague so we decided to spend a few nights in Avignon and to avoid the crowds we decided to book this hotel outside the city where we could also explore the area. The location of the hotel like mentioned on other reviews is right next to a busy road so if u open your windows one can hear a lot of traffic going by. The rooms we had felt a bit damp when we checked in and the beds were not also very comfortable. This is a family run hotel and I’m sure they could improve it a bit more by updating the carpets in the corridors and stairways. Breakfast was OK which we had one morning as you don’t have a choice of any places close by. The pool was the highlight of the place and refreshing after a hot day of sight seeing. The room was a bit of a squeez with a queen and a single bed for our daughter. Maybe if the rearranged the furniture the could gain some space. One positive was we had a fridge in the room. Overall I guess it’s ok for the price but I would not go back if I was in the area and would prefer to try another property.

Very charming hotel. Staff service was great. I wished a load of clothes in their machines for $10E, with the help of gentleman at desk as I was unfamiliar with type of machine. Breakfast was good. But dinner at adjoining restaurant was delicious! Device there was great as well. Only complaint was lack of AC. Heavy comforter instead of light sheet made it that much more miserable. Beautiful grounds.

The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. As we always travel with a bike he found a safe room to store it without any problem. It was lovely to have a bath especially after a long day of travelling. The bed was very comfortable and large. The downsides were poor sound insulation and the air conditioning unit which gurgled and made noises all night. I eventually muffled the sound with the quilt and a pillow around 2am and finally got some sleep. Then was woken by next door occupant snoring and again early morning by traffic. Not a very restful stay

"Renovation" was very poorly done by an unskilled person. Everything looks shabby, dark and moody. It also does smell moody. The bathroom is flooded when you bath, and there where some small bugs roaming the floor during the early morning. I would say that the only thing I was happy about was the breakfast, but on the second day the croissants were burnt and in a limited number. And it wasn't included in the price at all, we had to pay extra. The location is very far from Avignon
