The staff were amazing! Kind and fast check in. The room is big enough for 2 (we were in Japan not in the USA so size it’s more than we expected). Great location (close to Dotonbori but not in the middle of crazy Namba). Clean, comfortable, with fridge, kittle inside the room. Microwave and some staff at the front desk with tables! A great place to recommend.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The check-in process was quick and the staff were welcoming, professional, and eager to help with anything I needed. My room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable — the bed made for a great night's sleep.
The location was also perfect, with easy access to transportation.
Breakfast had a nice variety and everything was fresh. Housekeeping did a great job each day, keeping the room clean and well stocked.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was completely dirty. When I got in there they never cleaned your room during your day. It’s lots of mould and you see the window. I would not recommend staying here.

Beds were facing the wrong direction making it awkward to get into for one person. Could do with an information brochure with English directions Otherwise it was just ok.
