Breakfast was great lots of variety and staff very friendly. Front desk staff also very helpful upon check in. The room I was provided with was not as nice as the pictures online, possible not place in the newly renovated area of the hotel as mine was a little dated and worn but was clean. Location of hotel fantastic, near transport links, restaurants and cafes. Good budget stay for Malta

Prior to going I’d looked at the reviews and I must say they are pretty spot on and sadly it doesn’t seem the hotel is doing anything to improve on these. Food is incredible- breakfast is one of the best I’ve ever had. The girls on the front desk and in the restaurant really lovely. In the room we had to ask for extra hangers - please just ensure there’s around 3 each (at least) Towels were terrible- frayed and thin. It was like they’d run out and were left with the ones you’d use as a last resort. Not good. There was an odd, drain smell, at times, coming from the bathroom. Just worth a look at. Tv was really difficult to work and if you accidentally unplugged the lamp, you needed to ask for help to get it working again. If you pitch yourself as a “boutique” hotel then attention to detail is a must. Wasn’t a bad stay at all but was a little disappointing and I’m not sure we’d stay again.

Beautiful room, very spacious. Beds were very comfortable and the whole room was extremely clean and tidy. Lovely staff, who were very helpful and greeted us warmly. No complaints whatsoever.

Loved this hotel! We had a rooftop room with our own hot tub and it was our little oasis. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was one of the best I’ve ever had at hotels. Would stay here again. It’s also in a great location - close to so many bars and restaurants.

Nice breakfast, friendly staff

Hotel down a side street in Sliema short walk from the promenade. Only 10 minute walk from the various ferry terminals . Friendly staff and comfortable room , nice shower . Bit of noise from traffic down the side streets . Breakfast continental, so no hot food , was ok though. Room doors are a bit difficult to close and noisy at times . Overall 3 1/2 out of five for the location and friendly staff

Great breakfast and coffee. Great location- short walk to big grocery store, promenade, restaurants and bars and ferry to Valletta

A little disappointed to be honest given all the positive reviews you read on here. We were in Room 6 (Annex), which is outside of the main hotel. Lots of small issues with the room, main one being the hot water in the annex. It’s a water heater and only gives you 3 mins 20 seconds of shower time until it goes cold (we timed it!). Then takes time to heat up again. The staff and the breakfast were very average. Overall we wouldn’t stay here again. Sorry guys, I hate to leave a negative review.
