Great location walking distance to yaowarat. I appreciated being connected to mall which was full of restaurants and stores to shop indoors to get away from hot sun. I wish there was someone to greet us on ground level. You habe to lug your luggage up the elevator on your own to 4th floor ehich is lobby. Wish they had more than 3 hangers or place to store clothes. Room was clean

The hotel is near to the MRT so it is easy to get a transportation and go to Chinatown. However there is no amenities. I had difficulty to get water in the room. I went to the lobby but was told that the maid would need to give me water. I had waited for at least an hour but no one knocked the door. I came back again to the lobby, got apology but no water until I checked out. I unfortunately forgot my swimming goggles and cap so I came back to look for them (seriously without the hope). Was given the first story that the maid saw only 7/11 bag which I didn’t go to 7/11 and then came back stated that I had left all empty shopping bags in the bathroom (which is not true). I empty stuffs and left on the floor in the room. Anyway, I won’t come back again. I think one time is enough.

Very modern and clean hotel in the heart of Bangkok Chinatown. Staff were very friendly and the rooms a good size, very modern and well maintained (expected for a new hotel). The only fault is amenities are minimal - there is a small gym and no room service (no ice, food etc can be brought to the room). Overall highly recommended and amazing value. Will stay again. Thank you!!

The rooms are clean and have plenty of space. However they didn’t change our bedding for the whole stay of 5 days and only changed towels once during the stay. The cleaners had to be asked to trove rubbish from the room as well

Good location at the doorstep of MRT station, walkable to all the tourist spots along Chinatown and Songwat. Room is comfortable enough though king bed is just two single beds pushed together but passable. Basic amenities in room and toilet, anything extra you’d have to ask from counter. Small functional gym. All in all a decent stay.

I stayed at Asai Sathorn prior to this Chinatown location and had expected the same quality, but was sadly disappointed. The place seemed a bit frayed around the edges and the room we had could be cleaner. However, the location was right in the middle of Chinatown.
