Very impressed. We arrived at 11pm, we were buzzed in via intercom and the lady on reception was very helpful. We were given room 301, top floor, I am assuming it was an accessible room as we had an enormous wet room. Room was large, clean, modern and had a terrace with table and chairs. Air conditioning which was amazing as we visited during a heat wave. Large TV, Lavazza coffee machine, kettle, mini fridge, iron, waterfall shower, toiletries, spare pillows and the bed was comfortable. We stayed on a Monday night so the bar downstairs wasn't open but we didn't hear a peep from anyone all night, blackout curtains made for a good full night's sleep. I would recommend and book again!

Spacious room with toiletries, coffee machine, tea and coffee, hairdryer and iron. Great bathroom but a just a little dark and room slightly musty smell due to traffic and not being able to fully open windows. In a great location on the high street and near Surbiton Station

Nice place, no frills but a good lounge/bar attached to the hotels and convenient for Surbiton Station to get into central London quickly and easily as well as all of the local shops and restaurants. Nearby private carpark is useful.

The room was far from clean, stains on the ceiling and a very dirty carpet. The staff were lovely but it didn’t make up for the experience of the room.

Hotel is in good condition and very close the train station and restaurants. Some people complain about the noise from nightclub. I put in ear plugs and all was good.
