館内もお部屋も清潔で、スタッフの気持ちのこもったサービスが、滞在期間中居心地を良くしてくれました。もちろん温泉も満天の星空を見ながらの露天風呂は最高でした。

会津の武家屋敷に近く、観光にも便利な立地。 部屋は広く、食事も ビュッフェスタイルながら、豪華で品数も多く大満足。

スタッフの方々の対応はとても良かったと思います。 ビュッフェは細かいお皿が多く高齢者の母達が持ち運ぶのに滑ってしまって、また、カートがあっても通路が狭いので操作が難しか感じました。台数も少ないように思います。高齢者も楽しく食事ができる工夫をお願いできたらと思います。

露天風呂も景色が良くて温泉は気持ち良かったです。食事は現地の物や売店で販売してる物を食べれたりととても美味しくいただけました。 スタッフの方も温かくお迎えしてもらい、ゆっくり過ごせて満足です。

Very nice modern Onsen hotel, our Japanese style room is spacious with a separate sitting room and the view is great. The buffet dinner and breakfast were great and the onset facility is wonderful. The hotel provides shuttle bus services to the local attractions and JR station. Highly recommended.

This hotel is up from the city in the hills. There is no place to walk to. The restaurant buffet was fabulous if you like Japanese food. Huge selection. The room was average. The soaking tub was outside with three pools. Most people come to dinner in their robes, ready for soaking. Would stay again, especially for the restaurant.
