Excellent customer service! Our suite was very clean, the bed was so comfortable and the pillows were just right! I highly recommend Homewood Suites and planning on staying there again whenever I come back!!!!!

This hotel needs some TLC. The lobby smells like smoke & the sofa in our room was filthy. It either needs to be cleaned or replaced. The carpet needs a refresh. Staff was helpful & nice. Breakfast was good with lots of options.

The Homewood Suites is in urgent need of a full renovation. The room was outdated, with torn wallpaper, heavily soiled carpet, and an overall atmosphere that felt neglected and depressing.
Even more concerning, housekeeping is not provided daily. We were only informed after check-in that service is available only upon request and only after two nights—an unacceptable standard for any hotel operating under this brand.
To make matters worse, on our third night, there was vomit in the hallway that filled the entire floor with an overwhelming odor. The response? A towel thrown over it. No proper cleanup, no urgency—just disregard for basic hygiene and guest experience.
This was not just disappointing—it was unacceptable.
I would NEVER EVER go back!
