The Hotels.com website obscured the fact that the hotel is 4km from Trat, with nothing around it, inside glowing reviews.The price point I paid at meant no refund was available. The room, bed and pillows smelled badly of mould. I was offered a different one by the helpful and friendly desk staff but I wanted to be in town as I had no car. The management really ought to regularly ventilate unoccupied rooms. This is basic stuff. The hotel seemed very empty.

Overall experience was Good. Only some problem with room air-conditioning was not OK. There are some badly smell in the room.

Very nice building, well built, spacious, fairly new and nicely fitted out however not five star as claimed. The yard is a little average and the location is not so great but the view is so good. You need a car or taxi to get into town, not so far but beyond walking distance. No shops nearby. Actually the staff treated us fairly well just that they appear demoralized as clearly management and organisation is not at all good. Breakfast was a bit disappointing with many items missing and the whole breakfast area is a mess with floors and tables that hadn't been cleaned properly in weeks. Sad given it is a nice building. Staff appear to no longer care, each is just doing their own thing to keep a job. Not rude but unsmiling and just not into it. In the restaurant the service was terrible, almost nothing was available and what was eventually supplied was below average and eat surrounded by uncleaned tables. This place needs to be taken over by a company that knows how to run a hotel. Until then I wouldn't return.

Only stayed one night to transit to flight to BKK. Staff friendly, room clean including shower area. Breakfast buffet very good selection.

Love everything about this hotel..

This hotel was amazingly nice and friendly, great place to meet with your family whom we haven’t seen in 50 years, great place for reuniting!!
