Great location, close to shopping malls and the historic center. Area is quiet, complimentary breakfast and parking are definite pluses. Rooms could use an upgrade to bring the hotel back to its former glory. I keep returning to Hotel Mediterraneo Plaza because of the price and the associates who always make time for conversation. The patio is nice and the breakfast very good but the rooms need remodeling and better appearance. Staff very friendly

The staff is exceptionally helpful and the whole place is run as a comfortable family business. The food is made fresh to order and the beds are firm. The garden is lovely with a few neighbor cars and a small swimming pool to cool off. A really nice experience!

For the money it’s good value. Safe and quiet. Breakfast is typical and sufficient. Staff friendly and helpful. Area is safe but not much to do nearby. Serve high quality steak in the restaurant.

Great staff and customer service although the property could use a update. Also we were given the wrong room. When I asked about it, they stated they did not have availability with a queen size bed. Yet no one notified us about this. They did end up giving us the correct room. Not a totally bad experience.

Friendly staff, fair price, great service

It was a horrible experience. We got to the hotel late at night after a 12-hour road trip, just to find out they had overbooked and they gave us the excuse that a group of people extended their stay and that was why they gave away out room so they didn't have any one left, a pretty stupid excuse when the room had already been paid and they couldn't have given the room because if an already guest wanted to stay for a longer period, they should have said that the room was booked. As a "compensation" they offered to get us a room in a lower category hotel (hostal Verona) nearby at a lower price. Since it was pretty late and we were so tired, we accepted. The Verona hostal had very limited parking space and we almost had to leave the car on the street. The front desk guy the next morning was so rude and indifferent, he couldn't care less about the guests. We were also offered a partial refund for the night at a lower category hotel and we got less money back from what they originally offered. Thanks God it was only one night, I couldn't have taken a second night at such a horribly managed little hotel.

The location is good very quiet. The employees are very nice . The only problem is they are so noise in the morning. rooms need to be a little more up date. need more parking space

The hotel meets the basic necessities, lodging; urgently but needs a renovation in their rooms, old furniture.
