The bed was broken or not put together. We spent all night putting the bed back together. It was apparently two single beds. It was a nightmare as my daughter had exams needed a good nights sleep. I told them that before we arrived. There was mould on the shower . I am asthmatic!Strange staircase which did not help my mobility issues. All night people walking and partying Above and keeping us awake all night! My daughter went to the exam with 2 hours sleep and failed the exam. All of the above requirements I informed the hotel before our arrival. I require refund. Not heard from the hotel. They deliberately gave me the wrong manager name who did not respond to my emails.

The rooms were well kept and the bathrooms very clean. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Would recommend and stay again.

Warm welcome from front of house. Taken to our room which was fantastic. Server very reasonable drinks before heading out for a meal. Amazing value for money we will be returning again
