We had a fabulous room, in fact, the one they actually advertise on the website. Open the patio doors and stroll over the grass to the pool. Or, straight down the steps to the beach with its golden sands and palm trees. The restaurant offered a fabulous breakfast and if dinner was required then the evening meal was very nice. The resort is about a 20 min max walk to Fisherman's Village. The hotel provide a free shuttle service to drop you off and pick you up. However, if you are dropped off on the 6pm shuttle, you will be walking home. You could get a Grab but the traffic is very busy and the short walk home is probably faster. Hotel staff were brilliant, particularly in the bas and restaurant. We were only there for 5 nights but the restaurant manager came to say goodbye to us. These are the sort of special touches which make the resort experience so wonderful and memorable. Absolutely recommend.

A beautiful hotel in an excellent location

Nice hotel. Clean and nice location. Very helpful staff!! However, do not recommend the room service food nor the food at the breakfast (cost 599bath and little to chose from compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at).

Our stay at The SIS Kata Resort was excellent from start to finish. The hotel offers amazing ocean views, especially at sunset, and has a modern, relaxing atmosphere throughout the property. The staff provided great service and were always friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Housekeeping was also top notch — the rooms were spotless every day and very well maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. The breakfast buffet exceeded expectations with a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options, including both local Thai dishes and international favorites. Overall, a beautiful hotel with incredible views, excellent service, outstanding housekeeping, and a splendid breakfast buffet. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket/Kata Beach.

Beautiful hotel resort with super friendly staff. They were so hospitable, providing welcome drinks while we got checked in and always greeting us as we walked in to the hotel. The views are great, the bed was comfy, I really couldn't have asked for a better stay!

stayed here for 7 nights and i didn’t want to leave! the room was great, nice and clean with daily housekeeping. the rooftop pool and bar are stunning with a great view. the location is really good, everything close by without being to busy. will stay here again next time i’m in phuket

Good all round.

This hotel is stunning! We loved the rooms, the pool area at sunset is beautiful. Food was good and the cocktails in the pool were also lovely. My son used the gym and said it was excellent. Only disappointing thing was the staff. Everywhere else we’ve stayed at the staff have been so welcoming and friendly but we didn’t get the same feeling from this hotel (and we’ve stayed in 9 different ones).
