We had a great stay in a very cosy and comfortable room, very friendly and helpful staff (esp the guy at reception). Breakfast was simple but enough to get you going. Small hotel with just 9 rooms at a great location. We walked everywhere (Nightmarket and Mt.Phousi) eventhough it is bit more than the stated few minutes.

Pool was a bit cold, but nice outdoor area, close to the river and walking around. Nice staff, they helped book our taxi to the train station. Daily housekeeping & free water. Beautiful room with a balcony.

Nice place in LP, nice people run it. Clean, good location, ala carte breakfast. This is a newer property nestled in with the other hotels.

This hotel was just okay. It served the purpose of a place to sleep at night. The pancakes at breakfast were excellent. However, the service was mediocre. Some of the staff were outright rude. There was rarely anyone at the desk and it was very difficult to find someone to assist you. Additionally, we requested a car to the airport (a day in advance) and they forgot, forcing us to wake them up in order to call transportation.
