I was not very satisfied with our stay. We arrived around 9 PM and had to wait about 20 minutes to check in. When I got to the room, there was old smelly food in the refrigerator that I had to clean out and there was no soap in the bathroom.

The staff is very friendly and accomodating. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. They need a bigger parking lot.

Unfortunately this property attracted a very rowdy crowd the weekend I was there. 10-15 plus kids unattended all over the common areas pillow fighting in the lounge when their parents were in the bar watching a fight. First morning no hot or warm water to shower. No pool towels, they were going to bring them out after drying and never did. Also charged for parking even though they asked if I had a car and I said no.

Very understaffed. The staff that was there was great but need more help when it got busy, especially at the front desk, checking people in. Beautiful hotel, comfortable beds and very clean.

Never stay at this hotel—it’s a total dump. When we arrived, they didn't even have a room for us, despite the fact that we had made a reservation five days in advance. To make matters worse, they never gave us our refund. It was the absolute worst experience possible
