Staff was friendly and courteous and my stay was enjoyable and comfortable. My only disappointment was the bathroom towels were old and worn out but clean.

Its close to Tunjungan Plaza which add value to this hotel.

The wall has lots of scratches and the floor is rough and old. I got some view facing the main road. That is a nice one. Really enjoy the view at night. There were waiting times to request for toilet paper. They just seems not doing a good service. Also, there was one time a driver ask the receptionist to call my room and they said no such a name stay in the hotel. This is ridiculous. The second time a driver ask the receptionist to call me and they did not call me and the driver had to wait for 3 hours at the lobby because he thought I was not ready. Can you believe that...3 hours? A really bad example on how the receptionist neglected their job and not even called my room. Can a management explain what is going on here?

the towels were quite old, shower area does not drain so well. other than that it's good.

As usual no issues & room is fine. Staff is pleasant & okay.

It's a good hotel, very comfortable and the service is great. The only thing that can be improved is the maintenance of the hotel. The shower leaks and the button of the AC controller is broken
