I was unimpressed that the shower didn’t work. There was a red plastic knob that supposedly actually ate the shower but it trickled and the bath kept filling. When I mentioned it while checking out, the staff member told me « oh yes it works, you just gotta pull the knob ». I can guarantee it did not work whatsoever because I tried to pull push and turn for about an hour.

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) Convenient location for my needs during a short stay in Toronto. Check-in and check-out were straightforward, and the room was clean. The property served its purpose well while I was arranging longer-term accommodation. Staff were helpful when needed. Overall, a good value option for a short stay.

My TV was not working, WC hard to flush, no variety at breakfast, no lift. Fridge compartment incomplete. Terrible soap and shampoo sizes, limited towels; hmmm. Really horrible. My family is so disappointed

We were very disappointed whith our stay at this hotel. The room was not clean at all and there was a very unpleasant smell as soon as we entered. It did not feel comfortable or well maintained. In top of that,the reception staff were not friendly or wolcoming, and their attitude made the experience even worse. Overall, we would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again
