If they think you had a good time they will ask you for a good rating. If you didn’t and you asked them for their q r code it doesn’t work 😛😛😛😛 had a good time there but had bad service one night and they new I wanted to Express it to them and everybody else and all of a sudden the QR code wouldn’t work ha ha ha

Although there was a typhoon during our stay the staff was very friendly and attentive. When I first entered my room I noticed the toilet water wasn't working. The receptionist had it fixed immediately while we tried the mango grill restaurant. The food was of good proportion. The plating was attractive and the food was delicious. I would definitely book again next time.

To chill and relax with family this is the place. Sunday breakfast buffet was excellent. Breakfast the other days was superior. Staff was there to help, security patrolled regularly, we felt very safe.

I liked that the room was quite large and spacious. It was rather remote and out of the way. I wish the electrical outlets had been 3 prong. I tried to request an adapter but it seemed they only had one and someone else was using it. I ended up pulling the guard plate off and plugging in my laptop using just two prongs. I was a bit worried about an electrical fire, but it ended up working out okay in the end. That was the only issue I experienced there. The staff was very nice and accommodating.
