A clean, well run hotel with very helpful and attentive staff. Lots of good tips for getting into the centre of the city (thanks Laura). The minor issue we had was dealt with very swiftly and with a complimentary room up-grade. Will recommend.

Very nice clean hotel with parking which is hard to find in Spain. However it isn’t within walking distance of the Guggenheim Museum, the only drawback to the hotel.

The hotel is next to the old town just 10 minutes walking. Near to the best restaurants super good service and excellent buffet for breakfast.

Large spacious room. On-site underground paid parking was really convenient for me. Bus 77 and the light rail station are really close by to get to the Guggenheim museum. Old town is within walking distance too.

Large spacious room and friendly staff with excellent English. Hotel was a short walk into the historic district and we appreciated the large car park on site (decent sized spaces for those with larger cars).

The staff was friendly and sometimes have helpful, depending on who you would get. The self parking garage is pretty tight, so don’t take a big car in there. The hotel is central to the south part of the city, which is useful depending on where you’re going. This is kind of an odd duck hotel because I think it’s ready to four-star, but it could really easily be a three star and it’s definitely not a five star. The rooms are definitely outdated, but not inconvenient or dirty. The shower is really good, which is a huge plus. I wouldn’t stay there again and I try a different hotel in the city, but it’s not terrible for the price.

Clean and large room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very dog friendly! Even got a couple of dog beds, bowls and treats.
