The owner was very kind and the facility was very clean and well kept! I really enjoyed my stay here and I will definitely come back if I return to Hualien!

Staffs are very friendly. The environment is very clean. But the travel spots are quite far away from hostel but it’s the problem of public transportation of the city.

Bilingual staff were very friendly and helpful with travel information. The four-bed dorm was quiet and the bed was super comfortable, with enough storage for my things. Very clean hostel. Will return.

Host is amazing. Friendly and accomodating. Very near the train station and any establishments. Wifi is fast. Very clean.

very convenient location near train station ,comfort , clean dormitory type room. hosts are very nice . wifi is stable . There is a self-helped lock in front door . walk-able distance to night market . bathroom and shower rooms are clean. You must bring your own things . hosts will arrange your tour if you called a head of time . the tour bus will pick you up and send you back . The price is pretty decent for the location .

Had a fantastic stay at this modern hostel. Good size beds, great common area but most importantly the most energetic and helpful staff Agnes on front desk. The internet in the common area is really fast too if you need to get some work done, and there is a good cafe.

Nice Location-Very close to the Hualien Station
Nice concept-having a cafe with common area
Very clean & comfortable because the effort of the staff and the guests.
Staff is helpful who introduce good food & drinks to me. Also, she help me to know more about Hualien.
