We had a great stay at the hotel. Room was clean and spacious. The view of Fuji mountain from the hotel was beautiful. The hotel has a top floor view room where you can look at the lake and the mountain. Breakfast and dinner were very good. And staffs were super friendly and responsive to requests.

I loved that there was a balcony, great view of Fuji! Onsen is nice, I liked bathing in the evening, so peaceful, they do have vending machines in the basement. Free Shuttle bus from kawaguchiko station and back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Staff was very helpful!

It was a great hotel away from the business of the downtown area! They had a shuttle though so it made it easy to get to restaurants if needed. The room had an amazing view of Mt Fuji and the breakfast buffet truly enjoyable.

Amazing Hotel !!!! So much Character and the grounds were beautiful!!!!! Would come again for relaxation and recharging..... the viw of Mount Fuji blew me away !!!!

By far one of our favourite stays during our Japan trip. The view of Fuji is unparalleled and the hotel also has panoramic viewing facilities on the top floor with comfortable sofas to settle and contemplate. The rooms are so spacious and comfortable, and if you happen to get a garden view instead of a fuji mountain view, you will NOT be disappointed - the mountains and lake make for a gorgeous backdrop. The hotel is secluded and yet the town is a quick walk away, so your stay can be varied in activity. The breakfast buffet is EXCELLENT! The hotel may feel a bit dated to some, but it is in great condition and well cared for. Very very clean. You will not be disappointed if you stay here. Extremely good value for money. Oh and don’t forget to buy some fish food and feed the kois in the pond
