Front desk lady was unhelpful. Onsite parking was full and was told to park on the street. However, the staff didn’t provide any suggestions or help for this. Many hotels provide a map for parking suggestions.

We stayed for 3 nights the room was fine just needs some tlc. But the staff was horrible except for the one very nice black man that was a driver. He helped us out extremely. We had gotten left without a free shuttle back for the night from the airport. They had said 24 free shuttle but that first night we tried about 25 times to call and nobody pick up the phone for the shuttle so we took a Uber. No fridges in room or microwave. The TV service is horrible. You get no stations. Plus our keys kept not working and we had to keep getting new ones daily. Overall I would never stay here again or tell anyone to stay here ever. That's my honest opinion. They really didn't care that we were stranded at the airport for 1 hour before we got a Uber because they said free 24 hour shuttle. The first time for the key situation was we looked at the room and then went out to our car came back in and it didn't work. No compensation for the Uber and nobody new when a manager would be there to complain about everything but we never were able to talk to one.

Perfect space if you need a bed near the airport. The fact the phones didn't work at federal circle worried us but a call to the reception (even late in the night) was all it needed to sort out the shuttle logistics. Comfortable beds, clean and safe place, nothing special, exactly what we needed for 5hours of sleep.
