We booked a family bungalow for 3 nights but left after the first. The room was not properly cleaned. The floors were dirty, there was a used tissue in the bed, and one pillow had red stains. The AC barely worked, there were mosquitoes everywhere, and the upstairs bed was just a mattress on the floor. The layout was poorly designed. The TV was far from the bed, and the toilet is basically inside the shower so everything gets wet. Water pressure was also very weak. The biggest issue was the AC, which shuts off every time you leave the room and never cooled the space. WiFi constantly disconnected and breakfast was mediocre. We didn’t bother speaking to the front desk after reading reviews about unhelpful management. For about $200 per night, this felt worse than a hostel. Would not recommend.

The resort needs updating. The pathways are unsafe in parts for older and unsteady people. The staircase was not washed in the four weeks we stayed. However the wifi was excellent, there was always hot and cold water, and the air conditioning was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. Would we go back? No. The owner could update the buildings and pay cleaners to wash down stairs and corridors.

It’s a classic old resort on Koh Chang. It suffered during covid times but is rebounding well, albeit deliberately. Love the place!

The reception staff only said what your name they was so rude not helpful. The grounds were unkept rundown the paths were terrible paint peel off room was run down bathroom very dirty i have photos to prove all my words they said there was car parking but they mean on the main road . Worst hotel ever

It was OK great beach nothing else around

I love Thai people but the front Hotel staff are terrible! They only cared about making more money with an upgrade that they forgot to tell us about the daily breakfast that was included! They also did not explain the upcharge. I speak basic Thai. Then when we asked about Breakfast they said they gave us coupons already (which they lied and did not) and then blamed us and did not give us anything complimentary despite us missing breakfast for a few nights.we explained to the owner but they lied to him! I don’t like being blamed for someone’s incompetence. They hotel is dated and not worth the $80 but it is directly on the beach which is its only redeeming feature. The beach is the only bonus! We will not be returning. I’ve stayed many times and the staff is always quietly efficient and pleasant. The beach is perfect and the location on Koh Chang is a good as it gets

Great staff and good location bed a bit hard and the hill side rooms

On arrival we were given no information on where anything was. Meal times . The rooms were so dated, they need a good overall. There were only 2 plugs in the room . The bed was difficult for 2 elderly people to get on and off. As there was built in side's Staff were misrable. Only smile we saw was on the breakfadt table cleanersThe food mediocre. Pool only has 3 poolside beds then pethaps 6 under cover. The sunbeds on the beach wete all taken with towels the night before. Not once did we see a sunbed without a towel on it. I would not recommend this hotel
