The staff were amazing. They were always there to help and were very friendly.
Everything was very clean in our room and we felt very comfortable. There was air conditioning which worked fine, but they also gave us a fan to use which suits us better.
The breakfast was fine; not a huge choice being a smaller hotel, but we got more than enough to start the day.
We used the pool most days. The pool itself is mainly in the shade/under cover. This suits us but I know some people like to get as much sun as possible. We also used the free bikes, and although they were not new, they were fine for us. We rode into old town, and also through the rice fields to An Bang Beach.

Very nice room,spacious and nicely decorated, huge bathroom,plenty of hot water. Breakfast was great with lots of choices, delicious fresh fruits and juice, very good coffee and nice dining room setting. What we enjoyed over all is the fantastic staff, everyone being professional, helpful and friendly. We recommend it 100%!

Great everything, breakfast was fresh, rooms were nice with a/c nice and quiet. Free bikes were good and close enough but far enough to be in a nice quiet riverside pocket.

The hotel is in an excellent location on the riverside. It is lovely and quiet, but only a short walk to the centre. The pool is great for a dip after a day exploring. There are a few very nice restaurants very close to the hotel on the riverside. Breakfast was a good start to the day, with plenty of fresh fruit and freshly made egg dishes. The room was large and comfortable.

Wonderful stay! Kind and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and a great breakfast to boot! Highly recommend stay at Roxana. It was our favorite accommodation of our whole trip.

They are amazing, I’m very grateful for this place. Thank you! Staff friendly and helpful, breakfast was fresh and good options, room was clean. I would recommend this place and if I am ever back I would stay again.
