Conveniently walking distance next to the airport, clean tidy room, friendly reception staff, and great restaurant and bar. Will stay again.

Disappointing from check in to getting out. We called the hotel for directions from the Domestic Airport on Saturday 18th July at about 10pm. The girl who we were dealing with seemed to find us a source of amusement and wasn’t at all helpful. Once we arrived (walking) from the airport the male counter staff was similarly patronising and disinterested. Just basically rude and disrespectful. Once we got to the room it was filthy. Stains on the carpet along the wall (rm 620) and the bathroom didn’t feel cleaned with the grout stained as well. Definitely NOT Ibis standards. We could have stayed at options close to the airport that were much cheaper and had free shuttle for collection and drop off the next morning. Not great Ibis. $319 overnight and no where near that value. Would not recommend.

Check in at the kiosk was quick and easy. Staff in the bar were helpful and friendly. Food was great, good sized portions and value for money. Our room was great and bathroom amenities were good quality. Buffet breakfast had a wide range of hot and cold food, plus juices and coffee machine. Overall a great choice of airport hotel.

Best location for an overnight stay before an early flight

Friendly and very helpful staff. Lovely rooms and facilities. The bus transport to the airport is an excellent service.
