Room was not clean. Sheets didn't fit the bed. The mattress cover was filthy. They precharged 70.00 for potential room damage. Desk staff was friendly.

Key Cards did not work. Front desk had to physically go to the room and unlock the door. You had no key, so if you left, you'd have to ask the front desk to open again. Bathroom- Sink did not drain. Toilet did not flush. Shower did not drain. Could not adjust shower water temperature. Had only 1 small bar of soak, 1 small packet of shampoo. No glasses or cups for drinking, coffee, etc. Lined drape would billow out into the room due to the air flow from the PTAC unit. Parking lot had trash all over. Happy to get out alive.

Not having a Key card was horrible

Overall a great stay but there was one employee that wasn't very friendly. I felt like I was bothering her if I needed help. She works front desk most days.

Air conditioning was abysmal, and it made it hard to sleep. The sheets were clearly dirty, there were bugs all over the room, our towels were dirty, and the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. If you would pursue a refund on our behalf for both nights, we would be grateful. In fact, the second night you did not even stay because it was that terrible. We did not want to put ourselves in jeopardy by staying there.

Staff: upon checking in it was very hard to find someone, a lady arrived not very welcoming or friendly at all! We were told the key fob machine didn’t work so they would have to let us in and out of our room and hotel. She even suggested using the door lock to prop and keep our room open to complete strangers while we were away! (Absolutely NOT) seeing how we booked and didn’t want to risk the chance fee we had no choice but to stay. Upon entering our room we noticed it was one face towel for me and my husband. My husband caught the “ same lady” in the hallway and asked we could have 2 extra face towel’s and she replied “ it’s not one in there” the roll of tissue was half gone so he asked for a fresh roll and she was rude and snippy saying with a attic she would bring it! She next day came and she never brought out towels or tissue. We felt like we were being held captive in the room but we could hear her being very friendly to customers that looked like her, we could shee threw the peep hole and my husband opened the door to check. The room was actually nice and spacious, so that morning my husband went to the front desk and there was a young man there that gave us 2 face towels and fresh roll of toilet paper. I would not recommend staying here if you have to deal with that lady or being treated like you don’t belong because you are not the same race as her. It actually wouldn’t of been all that bad because they room was nice and spacious but not dealing with HER!

Traveling for work, I get to choose the hotel I stay at. Usually, I do not stay in the same hotel twice. However, this place is different. The staff is a 10 out of 10. Every time I see one of them, they are friendly. They go out of their way to make me feel like I am at home, not at a hotel. The other guests here are also friendly. I highly recommend this hotel if you were traveling in this area.

Only thing good was lower price. You get what you pay for.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The facility itself is dated and requires some basic updates. The kitchen area was adequate. The carpeting felt pretty dirty to me and when I looked under the bed there was remaining garbage from previous occupants. The cold water in the bathroom sink didn't work. I had to fiddle with the water shut off valves and got some cold water to come out.

The room was not clean, we ended up checking out early. After being promised a refund nothing came through. We had to switch rooms after the toilet was clogged upon arrival. There was also hair in the bed, and moldy food in the fridge.
